VALVOLINE JUNE–JULY 2026 PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION.
- The Promoter of this offer is Certas Energy UK Limited (Company Number 04168225), trading as Certas Lubricant Solutions, of 1st Floor Allday House, Warrington Road, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6GR (“Promoter”).
- This promotion is open to all customers of the Promoter (“Participants”).

To be eligible to obtain the benefits of the promotion, the Participant must:
a) Be over 18 years of age;
b) Comply with these Terms and Conditions;
c) Place an order over the phone, via email or through an authorised Certas Lubricant Solutions representative;
d) Place an order for a minimum of 100 litres of Valvoline lubricant products available for sale from Certas Lubricant Solutions during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Products”);
e) Place the qualifying order during the Promotional Period.

For the avoidance of doubt:
a) All available Valvoline lubricant product pack sizes supplied by Certas Lubricant Solutions may be combined to achieve the minimum order volume of 100 litres;
b) The minimum order volume must be achieved in a single transaction. Multiple orders cannot be combined to qualify;
c) Participants are eligible to receive a maximum of one Promotional Gift during the Promotional Period.
- Participants who meet the Eligibility Criteria will receive one football free of charge (“Promotional Gift”).
- The Promotional Gift will be distributed separately from the Participant’s order of Qualifying Products where necessary.
- By participating in the promotion, the Participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Promotional Gift. The Promoter may require the Participant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the promotion.
- Entries on behalf of another person or business will not be accepted. Submissions made via associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with them will not be accepted.
- The Promotion opens on 11 June 2026 and closes on 31 July 2026, or while stocks last, whichever occurs first (“Promotional Period”). Participants can only enter the promotion during the Promotional Period.
- The Promotional Gift is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative, account credit or alternative product.
- The Promotional Gift cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for orders or entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network failure or any other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- The Promoter has the right to disqualify any Participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or whose conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Promotional Gift with an alternative item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
- The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered by a Participant as a result of participating in the promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, suspend or terminate the promotion at its absolute discretion where reasonably necessary.
- The Promoter reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms and Conditions during the Promotional Period.
- The promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
