Over the past decade, Certas Energy has invested in our people, operational capability and long-term strategy, helping us strengthen our partnership with Castrol and continue supporting workshops across the UK. By combining The Race Group’s expertise with Certas Energy’s scale and investment, we have continued to grow while remaining committed to the customer-first approach that has always defined our business.

Most importantly, this anniversary is about the people who have made that journey possible. I was part of the original team who transitioned from Race to Certas, alongside Paul Round, Michaela Bill, Emma Mead, Darren Perry and Gemma Bingham, who all remain part of the team today. Their commitment, expertise and focus on our customers have played a key role in supporting the success of the business over the last 10 years.
As we celebrate this milestone, we can be proud of how far we’ve come together. By respecting the values and strengths that made The Race Group successful while embracing the opportunities created through Certas Energy’s investment and leadership, we’ve built a stronger business and team that is well positioned for the future.
