TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VALVOLINE 2025 PROMOTION

READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THEM WHEN PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION. AMONG OTHER THINGS, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDE LIMITATIONS OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

 

  1. The Promotor of this offer is Certas Energy UK Limited (Company number 04168225), trading as Certas Lubricant Solutions, of 1st Floor Allday House, Warrington Road, Birchwood, United Kingdom, WA3 6GR (“Promotor”).
  2. This promotion is open to the Promoter’s existing and new customers (“Participants”) who are: (i) directly sent a promotion email; or (ii) enter the Promotion online.
  3. To be eligible to obtain the benefits of the promotion, the Participant must:
    1. be over 18 years of age;
    2. comply with these terms and conditions;
    3. place an order over the phone or via email with the Promoter referencing the Promotion;
    4. place an order of at least 200 litres, (“Minimum Order Volume”) of ‘Valvoline HD Nitrite Free’, ‘Valvoline HD Extended Life’, ‘Valvoline Multi-Vehicle Coolant (Red)’ or ‘Valvoline Multi-Vehicle Coolant (Standard)’, products (each a “Qualifying Product”) from the Promoter; and
    5. place an order for a Qualifying Product that satisfies the Minimum Order Volume during the Promotional Period (together the “Eligibility Criteria”).

 

  1. For the avoidance of doubt:
    1. to meet the Minimum Order Volume (as set out above), the Participant’s order must be placed in one transaction; multiple individual orders will not meet the Eligibility Criteria;
    2. If the Participant meets the Eligibility Criteria then they will receive a Winter Kit (including Beanie, Torch, 6 Can Cooler, Tumbler, Ice Scraper and Touch Screen Gloves) (the “Promotional Pack”);
    3. the Participant will not be able to receive more than one Promotional product during the Promotion Period (i.e. if the Participant order multiple Products which meet the Eligibility Criteria, the Participant will only be eligible to receive one Promotional Gift).

 

For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotional Pack will be distributed and delivered separately from the Participant’s order of the Qualifying Product.

  1. By submitting to the promotion, the Participant confirms that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any Promotional Pack. The Promoter may require the Participant to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the promotion.
  2. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted, and joint submissions are not allowed. Likewise, submissions made via a customer’s associated companies in its group, its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with them will not be accepted.
  3. The Promotion opens on 16/12/2025 and closes on until stocks last (the “Promotional Period”). There are 48 numbers of Promotional Packs available and Promotional Packs will be allocated on a first come, first services basis until all available Promotional Packs have been allocated. Once all Promotional Packs have been allocated, the Promotor will withdraw and end the Promotion. Participants can only enter the promotion during the Promotion Period.
  4. The Promotional Pack is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative or used against an alternative product. Unless stated, discounts cannot be combined.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  6. The Promotional Pack cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  7. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if Participants cannot use the Promotional Pack.
  8. The Promoter has the right to disqualify any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions, which it has reason to believe has been made in bad faith or if the Participant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion. The Promoter is entitled to do this on the basis of a suspicion and is not bound to inform the Participant or to provide proof.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Promotional Pack with an alternative incentive of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
  10. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and will not enter into correspondence with the Customer (or their representatives) about it.
  11. Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount. All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last.
  12. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss and/or personal injury suffered by the Participant as a result of their participation in the promotion.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion at its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably. The Promoter shall not be obliged to provide notice of the withdrawal.
  14. The Promoter reserves the rights to modify and amend these terms and conditions from time to time during the promotion.
  15. The promotion and these terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
